NEW SHIPPING CONTAINER WARRANTY CERTIFICATE
CONEX DEPOT Guarantees that all New (One Trip) shipping containers sold will maintain their structural integrity for a minimum 25 Years.
Additionally, we guarantee your New (One Trip) shipping container will remain wind and water tight for a minimum of ten years from the date of purchase.
The Warranty Certificate provided with each and every Shipping Container covers premature deterioration or failure of the original manufacturers components and/or materials when the unit is utilized for it’s intended purpose as a storage container.
Premature deterioration caused by ordinary wear and tear, abnormal use or misuse of the product, adhesion failure of added coatings, paint, stickers, prints or decals, structural defects from overloading, improper stacking or lifting, damage or defects caused in whole or in part by fire, flood, extreme weather conditions (hail-wind-snow-ice), any acts of nature, any alterations or modifications, vandalism, negligence, or any other like causes that are beyond the control of Conex Depot corporation are not covered under the warranty.
Exemptions: Refrigerated Shipping Containers (Reefers) purchased as New or One Trip units include a five year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the engine and refrigeration components. While the Conex Depot Inc structural integrity warranty applies to Refrigerated Shipping Containers; there is no further warranty offered on the engine and/or refrigeration components beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.
Conex Depot reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty component or material. Buyers making a warranty claim are required to send pictures via email to Conex Depot for assessment.

Additionally, we guarantee your Used shipping container will remain wind and water tight for a minimum of five years from the date of purchase.
